What will I learn?

This workshop will help you to:
• find your Inner Artist
• move outside current boundaries
• understand deeper levels of creativity
• know why you create and for whom
• find a clearer path to artistic destiny.

The workshop covers a wide range of material and presents a framework for you to hang your own realisations and discoveries on, which you can then explore further at a later stage

Day one – Finding your inner voice
The focus of day one will be on exploring personal style and direction. The morning will be spent on creating the framework – with lots of note taking, short exercises – and the afternoon will focus on a non objective drawing session and the creative process.

Day two – Tapping inner wealth through personal exploration
The morning of day two will be spent on understanding your drawings, taking in some more information and some short exercises on writing better artist statements. The afternoon session will involve an exercise in exploration outside in nature, using all the senses to create – seeing, hearing, smell, feeling.
The workshop is designed to be light hearted, fun, and a safe place to explore and grow. Its main purpose is for you to absorb what is most valuable to you personally and to gain insights that may enhance your development and artistic direction. To get the best outcome from the workshop content, make some commitment to your own studio time afterwards to continue growing in the creative process.

A debrief and question time will allocated at the end of each day to answer and fulfil any questions or needs that can enhance your growth and understanding.

Lyne has written four books on creativity (the most recent in 2017), all of which will be available for purchase at the workshop. You can find information about each of these books at

Who is this workshop suitable for?
